# Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

At Elyra Living, we work to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase made in our store.

If you wish to request an exchange, return or refund, the deadline is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as applicable by consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions:

* The product must be unused;

* It must be returned in its original packaging;

* All accessories and items sent must accompany the product.

After receiving and analyzing the returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase within 10 business days.

Personalized, promotional or sale items may not be eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
